Based on their procedure and data collection **What do you dislike about Olio?** There wasn't much to dislike. We didn't have many problems. With a new start up there is always going to be a few bugs but we didn't run into too many issues at all. **What problems is Olio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to predict client medical issues in the near future had created a huge change and trust that our community knows we are looking out for them. We can easily create a data file for solutions before they come up ### 2. The PAC business doesn't have many solutions, and this seems to be a good option to choose. **What do you dislike about Olio?** The user interface can be improved. And connection diffrent 3rd party soruces can also be improved. **What problems is Olio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing a lot of things. Lets say a cusotmer needs a provider and we need a best way to reach them via phone or email. Olio can keep track of them at a time and give instant updates. ### 3. This allows them to make more educated decisions regarding the patient and reduce potential risks for re-admission. **What do you dislike about Olio?** Sometimes when tracking a patient and their progress needs to be transferred between two departments, such as a physician and a specialist, the specialist needs a simplified version of the patient history, rather than full details. **What problems is Olio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Olio is creating an easy way for inter-department tracking of patients. Transferring patients is extremely simple. Olio helps me skip extensive time spent on patient briefings. ### 4.
