OLi by Dataken is an AI-powered human analytics platform that helps organizations boost employee productivity, engagement, and efficiency—not by automating tasks, but by revealing which processes and behaviors should be improved or optimized. Unlike traditional RPA tools, OLi doesn’t automate work—it provides deep insights into how work is done, empowering managers and employees with data-driven coaching and targeted interventions. With workstation-level data collection, machine learning, and built-in assistants, OLi identifies patterns in behavior, time usage, and collaboration. From improving attendance and production effort to reducing unproductive time and streamlining communication, OLi delivers actionable intelligence within 30 days of deployment. Interactive nudges, gamified rewards, and embedded microlearning modules help drive lasting behavioral change and operational gains. Perfect for enterprises looking to enhance human performance, OLi transforms raw activity data into clear next steps for improvement—while letting you choose only the features you need.
