Olanna is an AI front desk for small businesses in the United States. Service businesses lose customers in the gaps: the call that comes in while the owner is on a job, the enquiry that lands after close, the weekend message nobody sees until Monday. Olanna covers those gaps. Every customer gets a response, every time. Olanna books the appointment, sends the confirmation, and follows up with the customers who haven't rebooked, so the calendar fills without the owner managing it. Revenue, bookings, customer sentiment and recommended next actions arrive on one dashboard every morning. Olanna is built for salons, barbershops, spas, gyms and studios, plumbers, electricians, HVAC and cleaning companies, and residential property managers. It adds coverage without adding headcount, and it is not a replacement for the people already on the team. Plans start at $99 a month billed annually, with a 7-day free trial.
