OLA system is online budgeting software for construction project estimation and cost analysis. It streamlines budgeting by enabling detailed budgets, cost management, and analysis generation with minimal effort. The platform includes a database of over 1,200 materials and 1,900 cost analyses, regularly updated for accuracy. Analyses can be customized by duplicating templates for flexibility. The interface allows easy creation of units, categories, and cost breakdowns without technical expertise. Automatic calculation memory stores quantity calculations within budget line items for traceability. Integration with Excel enables seamless data export and import, reducing manual entry. The search tool allows quick selection of unit prices and analyses, while automatic line item naming simplifies organization. OLA system generates reports, supports quantity takeoffs, and monitors procurement portals to notify users of new bidding opportunities.
