The biggest advantage is how easy it makes managing employee travel. Instead of employees booking rides and then submitting reimbursement claims, everything is handled through a centralised dashboard. Admins can track rides, set policies, and generate reports in one place. It also integrates smoothly with the regular Ola app, so employees don’t have to learn a new tool to book rides. Ride availability can sometimes be inconsistent during peak hours, depending on the city. There have also been a few instances where support took longer than expected to resolve billing or ride-related issues. It would be great if the support turnaround time improved.
