I've been using it for a year and so far their isn't anything I don't like or find frustrating. The user interface is intuitive; the posting is simple with only two clicks. It makes it super easy to create posts for your employees, share them out via email, and have your employees share your content to their social profiles with just a few clicks! Compared to its competitors it has limited functions for social media management. One thing that is greatly lacking is the ability to adjust the images and titles of articles that you link in posts. For example, if you have a blog you want to post on LinkedIn, you cannot change the "title" of the blog if you would like to call out something specific - a tactic I used to my advantage when I used Sprout Social. It also has more limited reporting capabilities compared to competitors and it's not as great of a tool for comparing your company's social profiles to that of your competitors. Its very easy for creating and programming content, upload photos and templates and share them on social media platforms. I love the calender content scheduler feature available in it, it helps you to schedule and publish your posts automatically. It helps you with great social media analytics. The reseller portal available in it is so well organised, and very useful for helpful for small and large businesses.
