I use Oktopost for managing thought leader executive accounts and employee advocacy, and I really like its scheduling capabilities. It's super helpful because it allows me to set up posts, and I know they're going to go out when I need them to, which takes a lot of weight off my shoulders, especially when things need to go live when I'm not available. I also like the reporting. I find it really helpful to have a customized dashboard, and every month when I need to report to my manager, I just update the dates, and it's ready to go. I can simplify the publishing process from a single window without having to go from one social network to another; I can, for example, post something on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram at the same time with the same caption and the same image. The UX is clunky. You have to add your posts into the platform to share for advocacy. We post via HubSpot or directly in LinkedIn. It doesn't make sense to have to rebuild them in the platform.
