Oktoneo is sales automation software that streamlines field sales operations and order management. The software automates proforma generation, email distribution, and inventory shortage predictions using AI. Field representatives can complete orders in two minutes through a mobile-optimized interface, even offline, with automatic synchronization upon reconnection. The system learns customer purchasing patterns and predicts shortages before clients order elsewhere. It provides tailored product recommendations, including cross-selling and quantity optimization, while adhering to business rules. Shelf audits use photos to extract price and placement data, eliminating manual data collection. Oktoneo integrates with ERP systems, eliminating duplicate data entry. Orders flow directly into ERP environments, and proforma documents export to PDF or Excel with EAN-13 codes. Visit reports capture customer interactions, providing field visibility across devices.
