I no longer need to go through each expense to approve/reject it, which saves my company and me ample time. **What do you dislike about Okticket?** There aren't many disadvantages to using okticket, except that its analytics dashboard could be made more comprehensive to generate better insights. Additionally, a mobile app to go with the software would be a huge plus in the future. **What problems is Okticket solving and how is that benefiting you?** Okticket is solving the problem of being able to track my employees' expenses quickly and efficiently. I no longer have to micro-manage the expenses thanks to its automatic review engine. ### 2.
