I like using Okta as the entry point to access all of our systems and for multifactor authentication. It helps solve security issues and alleviates the hassle of managing many different passwords, allowing us to use just one. The app allows us to log in on either a phone or computer, which is very convenient. Everything seems to work just fine, from the initial setup with Okta's assistance to several years later. We don't have very many issues at all, and when we do, support is pretty quick. It's almost set it and forget it. I appreciate Okta because it provides access to new types of authentication like Multi-factor Authentication, which is really helpful and easier to implement. It ensures only our engineers can log in to the system, even if somebody knows the username and password, by integrating measures like OTP on phone and fingerprints, giving us a 360-degree assurance of authentication.
