**What do you like best about OKRBeri?**

OKRBeri is a lightweight tool allowing me to set OKRs quickly. It allows us to define our cycles, create overarching company goals and have it aligned with functional team goals. It also allows me to create tasks that I can map with Key Results.

By using OKRBeri, I ensure maximum alignment between what I want my company to achieve and what my employees are working on.

**What do you dislike about OKRBeri?**

Would like to see notifications in WhatsApp. Right now only emails are supported
There is a slight learning curve to get used to how the product works. Once you get the hang of it, it feels smooth.

**What problems is OKRBeri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we used set goals, but we weren't able to track them. OKR Beri helps in tracking our objectives & then breaking the objectives into key results helps us to achieve our goals easily.
