OKRBeri is a lightweight tool allowing me to set OKRs quickly. It allows us to define our cycles, create overarching company goals and have it aligned with functional team goals. It also allows me to create tasks that I can map with Key Results. By using OKRBeri, I ensure maximum alignment between what I want my company to achieve and what my employees are working on. Would like to see notifications in WhatsApp. Right now only emails are supported There is a slight learning curve to get used to how the product works. Once you get the hang of it, it feels smooth.
