Instead of managing OKRs separately in spreadsheets or standalone platforms, we were able to align objectives, key results, and Jira work items within a much more centralized workflow. We also appreciated the Confluence integration for documentation and collaboration. Teams can connect strategy discussions, planning documents, and OKR tracking within the same ecosystem, which improved transparency significantly. Another strong point is the simplicity of adoption. Since many employees were already comfortable with Jira and Confluence, onboarding was much smoother compared to introducing a completely separate OKR management platform. Overall, the tool helped improve accountability, goal visibility, and cross-functional alignment while fitting naturally into our existing project management workflows. **What do you dislike about OKR Board for Jira & Confluence?** One of the main limitations we experienced with OKR Board for Jira & Confluence is that some advanced customization and reporting capabilities felt somewhat restricted compared to dedicated enterprise OKR platforms. That disconnect made it difficult to measure actual progress against organizational goals consistently. One of the biggest problems was fragmented reporting. Leadership teams often had to rely on manual updates from different departments, which created delays and inconsistent progress tracking. By connecting OKRs directly with Jira work items, teams could monitor goal progress in a much more transparent and measurable way. The platform also improved accountability across teams. Getting the status and updating to leaders becomes easy with this tool as I do not have to track the EPICS at individual level and just linking to the OKR board helps in giving a comprehensive report ### 4.
