## About OkPilot
OkPilot is field operations software that manages deliveries, service calls, inspections, and field teams through natural language commands. The platform includes a command center for coordination, a field app for workforce management, and a customer tracking link. Users type plain instructions to manage tasks without extensive training. The platform handles dispatching, route optimization, live tracking, and proof capture with photos, signatures, or codes. All proofs are time and location-stamped. Operators can review job histories, including routes and proofs, through a replay feature. Live maps display jobs and team locations. Route optimization reduces travel time and fuel costs. Data is encrypted, exportable, and remains under operator control. Setup is completed in 48 hours using plain language descriptions. The field app works on any smartphone and shows assigned jobs, directions, and proof tools. Customers track arrivals through a simple link without downloads or logins.
