We use both their dynamic residential proxies and static ISPs for different tasks, and both have been pretty reliable. **What do you dislike about OkkProxy?** The dashboard could be a bit more intuitive. Also, the pricing structure isn't the clearest at first glance — you kind of have to dig into it to understand what you're actually paying for. **Recommendations to others considering OkkProxy:** I'd say give the trial a shot first and see if it fits your use case. Just make sure you know what you're paying for — read through the pricing carefully. **What problems is OkkProxy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly we collect public data pretty regularly, so we needed something that wouldn't get flagged easily. Tried their trial, thought it was decent, then went with a combo of their dynamic residential and static ISP proxies. It's been handling our daily scraping without much trouble, and we haven't had to deal with constant IP bans like before. That's really the biggest win for us. ### 2. In my experience, funds disappeared from my balance without a clear explanation or authorization. When I contacted customer support, they were dismissive, provided no meaningful solution, and eventually stopped responding. This made me lose trust in the service. **Recommendations to others considering OkkProxy:** I recommend proceeding with caution. Avoid depositing a large amount upfront, monitor your balance and usage records closely, and keep screenshots of all payments and support conversations. Test the service with a small amount first, as my balance changed without a clear explanation and customer support did not resolve the issue. **What problems is OkkProxy solving and how is that benefiting you?** OkkProxy is supposed to provide reliable proxy access and make IP management easier. However, it did not benefit me because my prepaid balance unexpectedly decreased or disappeared without a clear explanation.
