Scritch is an AI recovery agent for B2B software teams. When a user hits an error, such as an expired session, a rejected upload or an expired code, your app usually shows a generic 'Something went wrong'. Scritch reads the actual cause, asks the user the one question only they can answer, fixes it with their approval while they wait, and checks that the fix worked before saying so. Repeated contacts about the same failure count as one unresolved problem, not new tickets. You wire it into a task with the scritch-react hooks and keep your own UI. The first 25 recoveries are free with no card; after that you pay only for recoveries that worked, with a cap you set. No seats and no minimum.
