OKA is a front-desk assistant for small offices. Staff ask a question in plain words, and OKA answers only from the office's own written procedures. Each answer quotes the passage it used and names the procedure, so staff can check it. When the procedures don't cover a question, OKA says so and points staff to the right person instead of guessing. It is built for offices where the same questions come up every day: law firms, veterinary clinics, property managers, insurance agencies and other small offices. Offices can start with a free week: send up to 10 procedures, and Forge sets up a private assistant with staff logins within one business day. No meeting and no credit card. OKA Anywhere, the self-serve option, brings an office's procedures into Claude or ChatGPT through a custom connector. Offices send written procedures only, never client or patient records. Questions and answers are never stored on Forge's servers, and documents are never used to train AI models.
