Oho is a worker suitability platform built for Australia's care sectors. It provides recruitment screening and continuous screening to help organisations maintain compliance for the entire time a worker is with them. From before day one to beyond their last day. Verify and link Working With Children Checks, NDIS Checks, AHPRA registrations, teachers checks and more, all in one place at recruitment and as often as every 7 days after. No more spreadsheets, manual checking or expired clearances splipping through. Key capabilities: recruitment screening that gets suitable workers deployed faster, continuous monitoring of credentials across state and national registers, centralised compliance records and audit-ready reporting for regulators, automated alerts and reminders so nothing gets missed, bulk onboarding and integrations with your existing HR systems. Trusted by 150+ providers, Oho helps protect over 4.2 million Australians.
