My main complaint is that occasionally the programs will just shut down with no warning, but generally comes right back up. Also, when searching records in OhMD Forms, if there are multipple records, and you go back a page to look at the next record, you have to search all over again, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our favorite part of OhMD is the speed. Everything happens in real-time and multiple staff can be logged in at one time to see the chats happen immediately. Our old platform lagged and you couldn't see conversations as they were happening so multiple staff would be replying to the same patient at the same time. It was very frustrating. OhMD is LIVE so the texts pop up on the screen as you're looking at it! We also really love that we can use our pre-existing phone number. There are only a couple of things we don't like about this platform. One is the way it "times you out" and you're constantly having to log back in throughout the day. We get busy with our work and realize we haven't gotten a text alert in a while and come to find out, the system has logged us out.
