OHIPay helps Ontario practices manage OHIP claims from preparation through payment review. Physicians or their billing staff enter and review claims, use health-card validation and advisory rejection checks, and submit through MC EDT once their Ministry connection is configured. The workspace includes inpatient billing rosters, claim-status tracking, remittance reports and a fix-and-resubmit workflow. Practices switching from MDBilling.ca can import supported Excel workbooks into read-only patient billing history. Imported records stay separate from live claims and financial reports and are not sent to the Ministry. Account setup follows a reviewed access request.
