I appreciate the score-based reports that guide improvements and the helpful suggestions to resolve issues. The historical performance and downtime reports are incredibly useful for tracking site reliability. **What do you dislike about Oh Dear?** Nothing as of now, seems to work as per expectations. **What problems is Oh Dear solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oh Dear automates site performance tracking, identifies issues, and provides improvement suggestions, enhancing code optimization and monitoring site history and downtime efficiently. ### 2. I don't use the status pages much, but I like knowing it's there for if a client asks. The downtime alerts have become invaluable, alerting me to an issue before a client spots it. **What do you dislike about Oh Dear?** The pricing model isn't the best for me, I'm a freelancer and work with a bunch of different clients, however often sporadically. We're using it every day. It is trivial to implement, and the customer support is decent. **What do you dislike about Oh Dear?** A lower-level entry package for under 5 sites would be great. Some features are slightly hidden. **What problems is Oh Dear solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it for most of the purposes offered by the toolset.
