In this market, I needed to go deeper into the market than my circle of influence that has been my lifeblood for 28 years. Oggvo has helped me put reviews on line, where they need to be, rather than just a paper review that is only shared within my real estate office. Now the world can see what others think about me in a Google search. I am eternally grateful. Oggvo works for those who use the product the way it is intended. No excuse for a bad review for as good as they have treated me! **What do you dislike about Oggvo?** Oggvo gives you the platform and mechanics for helping businesses gain on-line presence, but obviously, people have to do their part to make it work. It doesn't happen on its own. It's nothing negative at all about Oggvo, just a truth about what people in business have to do as part of the program. But Oggvo makes it sooooo easy, so no excuses. **What problems is Oggvo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I never worried about my on-line reviews because in my small market, my face to face clientelle have been within my circle of influence for decades. But in THIS market, with high interest rates and record low inventory, I have to penetrate wider and deeper into the market of sellers and buyers of real estate to maintain a sustaining level of business. Olya knew a bit about me before her first call. She told me that I only had one Google review and then asked me how I choose products on line. I said I read reviews. . . That revealed a lot to me. Time to step up my game and admit that when things get tough for my immediate circle of clientele, I have to be out there as a candidate of choice for real estate sellers and buyers looking at reviews in order to choose who they want to work with.
