OG Forms is a free Google Forms alternative for businesses, teams, and creators who need forms that look as good as they work. Every form is beautiful out of the box, with your fonts, colors, and brand applied automatically, so it feels like your brand, not a template. AI builds a form from one sentence, edits it by chat, adds real conditional logic, and reads the responses back as clear answers. Every response is saved, logged, and recoverable, so nothing disappears, and every form can be exported or transferred when you need it. Email follow ups and Google Sheets sync run natively, with no Apps Script. It is free forever with unlimited forms and unlimited answers.
