From then on, the person works 160+ hours a month in your tools, your stand-ups and a shift matched to your day: 4–5 hours of overlap with New York, 5½–6½ with London, about 8½ with Dubai and 5½–6½ with Sydney. One all-inclusive monthly rate per person, covering salary, benefits, office, equipment, software licences and management: US$1,800–2,500 for junior staff up to US$5,000–7,000 for architects and leads.
