They are very good with SFMC and always helpful when you have a problem. Very receptive when it came to our complicated Sales Cloud integration and great at showing us what to do for future issues. They operate via waterfall workflow so there is a lot of early stage set up before you can get into the nitty gritty of email creation and everything else. Additionally, the recordings are rather tedious to sift through, they could upgrade how they record and deliver the working sessions with timestamps and transcripts in order to get the most out of the deliverables. Recommendations to others considering Offprem Technology: Have someone mark timestamps during working sessiosn so that you can save them for future employee onboarding once OffPrem's contract with you is up. We bought in and realized we need assistance learning this new software. Offprem came in and assigned us a team to work closely with in both setting up our org and walking us through how to operate and create emails, journeys, and automations.
