It's pretty hard to reach out to clients. **Recommendations to others considering OfficeTools by CARET:** If you can get all of your employees to buy into using it, it's a great solution just like most others. It gives us a central location to go to for documents, contact information, and workflow. **What do you dislike about OfficeTools by CARET?** The options for the reports are inconsistent and don't have all the options I would like. I'd love to run all reports based on Account Manager, Billing Manager or Project Manager. Payroll reports should have an option for prior pay period, etc. Expanding the ability to customize reports would be great. **Recommendations to others considering OfficeTools by CARET:** Great for a growing office that needs to push work to different employees and balance the workloads of multiple people. **What problems is OfficeTools by CARET solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to know where a project is without hunting through the office. Also, for many clients, we only have mobile numbers, but these numbers are not searchable; nor are work numbers. It was easy to enter time and to see A/R for clients **What do you dislike about OfficeTools by CARET?** Reports were not as customizable as I would have liked. For instance, I was never able to get client numbers to appear on my report, despite checking the box to do so. Could not easily see time related to an invoice already created. **What problems is OfficeTools by CARET solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have several, separate pieces of software for employee time, billing, documents, and due date management. WorkSpace allowed us to have one central application. ### 38. Handy incorporation of scheduling. **What do you dislike about OfficeTools by CARET?** Not very well suited for bigger-size firms. Mostly for small businesses and has a better interface to track time and getting invoices right away. **What problems is OfficeTools by CARET solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing schedules, tracking ongoing projects, and sync the calendar with both the client and Outlook calendars. It has provided the tools required by my industry for easy and fast billing and scheduling. ### 39.
