What do you like best?
Document storage - it is easy to store, tag, find, and access documents using WorkSpace
Time and billing. It was easy to enter time and to see A/R for clients
What do you dislike?
Reports were not as customizable as I would have liked. For instance, I was never able to get client numbers to appear on my report, despite checking the box to do so.
Could not easily see time related to an invoice already created.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We used to have several, separate pieces of software for employee time, billing, documents, and due date management. WorkSpace allowed us to have one central application.
