Document storage - it is easy to store, tag, find, and access documents using WorkSpace Time and billing. For instance, I was never able to get client numbers to appear on my report, despite checking the box to do so. Could not easily see time related to an invoice already created. We used to have several, separate pieces of software for employee time, billing, documents, and due date management. WorkSpace allowed us to have one central application.
