What do you dislike about OfficeTools by CARET? prices go up and nothing changes. we have called with suggestions and nothing gets done. not one upgrade or update. the list of my least favorite things are all included on the link from the login screen that won't go away, that list includes make that login splash screen go away. earlier I said nothing has changed, I was wrong, you added that annoying splash screen. It is often difficult to navigate (e.g. how to change invoice billing from one client to another). Having a user guide would be very beneficial because contacting support can take a good chunk of time out of your busy day. In addition, the questionnaire feature is unreliable, corrupting returned forms. The program has some great features! However, users could benefit from an easily accessible user guide/manual.
