In one report you can search for "unprocessed" returns but in another, it offers every assignment EXCEPT "unprocessed", or you can add a note to an invoice not that isn't an option in the recurring invoices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Office Tools has been great in giving us a handle on work flow and process. It gives us a central location to go to for documents, contact information, and workflow. I'd love to run all reports based on Account Manager, Billing Manager or Project Manager. Knowing what each client's status is, taking away the stress of having to keep track of what is needed for each project, organization, priorities, missing info etc. Love having the Drag & Drop box for documents for each Project. What do you dislike about OfficeTools by CARET? Not all fields integrate with each other. For instance - there is a client field; why is this info not automatically added to Group function? Also, for many clients, we only have mobile numbers, but these numbers are not searchable; nor are work numbers. Only the "home" number field is searchable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
