Once scenarios were made, move-manager emails sent out with info on where the employee is moving to, what is needed from them to make the process go smooth plus the day and time. Long story short i'm 100% sure I couldn't have relo 987+ employees within three days and only losing one employee packed up box. Our employee base has access to view all our offices across the country, and visualizing our spaces in one place is much easier than sorting through drawing files. We complete a lot of moves and are consistently adding new spaces to our portfolio, and updating these in our system is easy with the help of the Support team at OfficeSpace. Employees at booked desks are shown on the live floor plans and can be found by searching during that time. As a facilities manager, however, this software delivers great things everyday. 1. Easily schedule and plan employee moves. Create scenarios for future planning and invite managers to place their own employees. Also can do stack planning. 2. Track assets (i.e. specialty chairs) to move with and attributes (i.e. private office key code) that don't move for every workspace. 3. Numerous reporting options: desk booking usage, space usage, growth forecasting, real estate costs, etc. 4. Work request entry and tracking with any categories you choose, reporting on response & resolution times, volume, etc. 5. Ability to ask screening questions before office entry, also can calculate work station radius spacing (for social distancing applications) 6. SSO and syncing with employee HR data 7. Produce printouts or PDFs and customize what's on them 8. Simple lease administration available allows you to keep critical dates for future use & track cost increases OfficeSpace listens and actively follows up on software feature requests with regularly scheduled calls. I feel like we have contributed to some of the features now available. Likewise, customer service and technical support is fantastic, quick responses and resolutions are the norm for day to day issues (of which there are very few). **What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?** Lacks connectivity to the employee badging system that we use, but this is available for a few systems currently. It's the best software I've seen to manage office spaces. Perhaps more importantly, the customer service and support team is outstanding- always responsive, always expert resources and always friendly and willing to make the tool better. I am constantly impressed and consistently grateful. **What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?** I would like the tool to send daily reminders to people to do the safeguard check-in. Right now it only sends that message to people who have reserved a desk but for those with permanent spaces, there's n reminder system available. We were under a time crunch with executive direction and they worked hard to help us get up and running. The team was always quick to respond and assist. Costs were competitive with other systems we looked at, but what they offered made it a no brainer for us, plus they had local servers which was important. The software is easy to use and intuitive for both staff and administrators, plus there are so many reporting options. The team is always working on enhancements and soliciting feedback for improvements. I love how user-friendly it is, and that I can use the app on my phone. As a rapidly growing medtech company, we are always expanding and reconfiguring our facility. Ensuring our employees know where people, places and things are located throughout campus is critically important. Secondly, OfficeSpace has also played a vital role in our return to campus and new hybrid desk booking environment. It is extremely easy for employees to quickly identify available desks that meet their needs and book them for use when they are onsite. **What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?** I love the software. We are unable to automatically import our badging data which makes utilization reporting more difficult. Like many businesses, the pandemic has changed the way our employees work and we have integrated hybrid workspaces for employees who only come into the office occasionally. Office space makes it easy for employees to book desks and for space administrators to see how frequently hybrid spaces are being used. The tool is also great for managing permanent desks including scheduled moves. The maps are easy to read and allow employees to search for people, rooms, and objects like printers, fire extinguishers, etc. **What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?** The administrative side of OfficeSpace has a bit of a learning curve and could be more intuitive. **What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have more employees than we have cubes/offices. OfficeSpace has helped us successfully utilize hybrid workstations which has cut down the need for assigned desks for every employee. Their support team and our CSM Sofia are always available to help troubleshoot issues or questions, and they have been wonderful to work with throughout onboarding. They helped us seamlessly go through some team transitions and ensured that our phased approach for office reopening went through smoothly as far as our desk booking capabilities were concerned. Another great thing about OfficeSpace is that they keep up with trends, and they did a phenomenal job adjusting and adding features to help support companies to ensure the safety of employees during the pandemic in 2020 and 2021. I highly recommend this software. It is a powerful tool, and for the brief time we have used it, it has served us really well. **What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?** We wish there were an easier way to track employees in the office but didn't book a desk, such as integration with our keycard system that could easily show who scanned their cards but didn't have a desk booked. That would make it easier for us to ensure that employees are being compliant with our policy and taking the health check survey each day, and also help us with capacity planning. **What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** With OfficeSpace, we can quickly move people from desks, assign desks, include assets to desks, and generate reporting and ask that employees take a health survey before coming into the office. What we found is a well built platform for facilities management with some great planning features to help us return to the office after COVID. There is a distance planner that gives us an idea of how many folks can be in the office at any given time and a shift planning tool as well. We love the API, which let's our IT team sync employees and retrieve the results of the daily health assessments. **What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?** Nothing. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything from onboarding to customer service has been great. **What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are currently remodeling several floors at our headquarters and we are using OfficeSpace to help determine the seating arrangements in the remodeled space. We can create as many scenarios as we like and share each with management. Once a decision is made, OfficeSpace software will automatically initiate the moves.
