Office Space software performs EVERY task a corporate real estate professional needs to manage their portfolio. It provides basic services to employees such as being able to easily view where people are sitting in the building to complex occupancy metrics to be viewed only by the facilities team. It gives excellent visual information on different office layouts in other cities. While WFH, if I'm traveling to another town, I can easily book a workstation with this tool. In the current system, it may be challenging for admins to retrieve historical ticket data, as they may need to rely on the OfficeSpace help desk to obtain this information. This can create additional delays and workload for the help desk, as well as inconvenience for the admins who require the data. Allowing admins to download all ticket history themselves would provide a more efficient and streamlined process for both parties. Providing this functionality would also enhance the flexibility and autonomy of admins, allowing them to access the data they need when it is convenient for them. This can be particularly beneficial for large organizations or those with a high volume of tickets, where the ability to download data quickly can help with reporting, analysis, and decision-making. Overall, allowing admins to download all ticket history without needing to engage the OfficeSpace help desk can lead to increased efficiency, flexibility, and autonomy, benefiting both the admins and the help desk.
