It takes a bit of time to understand how work with the system , and this is not just an OfficeRnD issue. Learning takes time, and most of us don't have time. If you are super stressed out already it will be tough, but then everything would be, wouldn't it? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy the fact that everything on the software is very intuitive and user-friendly. It is not complicated to understand how the system works and how to create additional and custom settings. Everything that we have needed to set up to date was an easy task and the support is great. We used Nexudus prior to Office RnD, but this is definitely the best software I have set up. One of the downsides of Office RnD is the fact that you cannot call in to a client support number unless you are paying additional costs for an onboarding specialist. We paid for the service for a while and we had great support, but it is a significant cost difference if you would like upgraded support. The member portal along with the iOS app is an excellent element of ORND. Also the UX is pretty self explanatory and gives us a strong level of control of reporting and config settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some parts of the contract creation process are a bit tricky and can be easy to accidentally add additional costs to a contract. That process I feel could be streamlined a little more but it's still good once I fully learnt how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our space is not your typical co-working space, so we needed something flexible to meet our needs. OfficRND fit the bill. But then it gets better. Their customer service is top-notch. They made the complex simple and took the stress out of implementing a new system into our space. So when it came time to go live and bring our members onto the platform, things went smoothly. When we did our first billing, it went without a hitch. The integration with Stripe is easy to set up and works like a charm. The integration with Xero.com makes our bookkeeping so much easier.
