What we at TLR Coworking appreciate most is the easy to use interface, which requires minimum training efforts for new staff, and the super star customer service, which is both fast and personal. If you couple the usage of OfficeRnD with Zapier as an automation platform you get even more out of it by streamlining all the tools you use to manage your space and keep your data in sync. Both beneficial for your space, your staff and your members. **What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?** Hard to say, to be honest. Maybe, but only maybe, OfficeRnD by now has gotten to a whole new level after all the funding they got and by becoming a bigger company, they of course need to prioritise their development efforts. So if you are missing a functionality, you gotta be patient for enough customers to request the same feature for it to be developed. But as said, given all the upsides, this is really just a minor disadvantage. **What problems is OfficeRnD Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have all our data flying around in Google Sheets, a separate invoicing system, Google calendars for meeting room bookings and the like. Perhaps because they are not US-based- we can never get help when we need it. They need to have live chat for customer service. I was told I have to pay extra if I wanted to talk to someone. Every time we send an email asking for help, we get sent articles in the community area that we have already read through and didn't find the answer to our problem. I like the ability to easily add one off fees to be added to the next bill run. Their support team is incredible, I've not known one better. They're always friendly and they go the extra mile to try and help and provide helpful screenshots and guidance on how to solve any problems, not matter how big or small and they're excellent at keeping you in the loop on what's going on if they need more time to get back to you. **What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?** Depending on your requirements, some of the settings may be a bit rigid, but that did make us rethink whether we were doing things in the best way or not. Making changes to floorplans can be tricky. The payment integrations are on for everyone if you activate them, so if you connect GoCardless and Stripe, everyone would have both options available, even if you only wanted some customers to be able to pay by GoCardless which isn't ideal. **Recommendations to others considering OfficeRnD Flex:** I would recommend you utilise the OfficeRnD team to help with setup, there is a lot of functionality and you need to make sure you put time aside to understand everything it can do and that you don't rush the setup otherwise it will cause difficulty down the line. Taking the time to train the entire team up on how to sue it will also help. We found it was better to drip feed new features to the community rather than turn everything on, it helped to better understand what worked and whta didn't work. **What problems is OfficeRnD Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Contract templates help prevent errors and make it easy to manage variations. We're also finding fewer mistakes occurring in our processes. The floorplans made it a lot easier to track available space. We used to use Google Calendars for meeting room management, with it all built into OfficeRnD it's a lot easier to see which meeting rooms are getting used and how often and it's made payment for external hires much easier as well. ### 17. We used Nexudus prior to Office RnD, but this is definitely the best software I have set up. **What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?** One of the downsides of Office RnD is the fact that you cannot call in to a client support number unless you are paying additional costs for an onboarding specialist. We paid for the service for a while and we had great support, but it is a significant cost difference if you would like upgraded support. The integration with Stripe is easy to set up and works like a charm.
