OfficeOmni is a modular ERP and business management application for small and medium-sized businesses, including trading companies, e-commerce sellers and service providers. It combines customer and supplier management, quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, invoicing, purchasing, inventory management and shipping in one system. The Windows application supports electronic invoicing in XRechnung and ZUGFeRD formats, invoice validation using the KoSIT validator, payment tracking, payment reminders and DATEV exports for accountants. Integrations include eBay for marketplace orders and DHL for shipping labels and tracking. Businesses can work with a cloud database or their own Microsoft SQL Server. Multi-user access and role-based permissions support team workflows. AI-assisted features help users process incoming invoices, work with emails and retrieve information from their business data.
