It's super easy to use, I wrote up a small guide on how to get started for our staff, and I don't think anyone needed to use it.

It's made out lives so much easier - we had a pretty complicated booking system for our office before this but wanted an easy way to see who else is going in - since covid, we are 'remote' working most of the time so it's nice to know when your colleagues are booked in so you can go in and see them! Officely is very userfriendly and intuitive app for everyone. In just a few clicks you can book a desk in the office. As a office manager it is easy to admin Officely. It is integrated within Slack, so everyone in our company is ready to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dont think there is anything I particularly dislike about Officely. Maybe just one thing - Im both user and admin of the office space and Setting space is still somewhat confusing forme because of this. Allows you to easily and casually let colleauges know where you will be without a formal booking system that feels like Big Brother. Option to add dogs is cute! And the 4pm reminder is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Glitches a bit too often saying there's a network area or the workspace is full when no one is logged in to it. Also the inability to view when people have logged into 'morning' or 'afternoon' as opposed to all day when viewing from the general slack channel is a definite disadvantage. We struggle to get people to actively sign into the office. I am unaware of any automation features which prompts people to book their desks at the very start of the week but this would be great to keep people mindful of the tool and actively engaging with it. Being able to see who is in well in advance, I can change the day I plan to attend to ensure that peers I need to work with are there!

Backend/admin side can be confusing to access the settings you need; deactivated Slack users still show in recurring bookings.

In offices where neighbourhoods are set up as individual desks, it can be laborious to scroll through 20,30,40 names to see who's in - would be good to have an updated interface for this using the width of the window or - even better - an interactive floorplan feature. Simple way for team members to confirm they're coming in, endless smart features like flagging a dog is going in, picking seats, personalized notifications you can set for when certain team members are coming in, symptom pre-screen, and more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
