Officely makes it easy for us to know who is in the office and when. Being able to schedule out in advance is super helpful, especially when we have teams flying into the office woh can reserve a space a head of time to reduce maxing out our limited desk space. Having Officely integrated with Slack makes it extremely easy for anyone to use and reduces the burden of needing to login to another website or download another app like other competetors we have tried in the past. Implementing Officely was super easy - easy to setup, easy to maintain, and easy for folks to navigate and understand with little to no training. I have also been impressed with the responsiveness of the customer support team. Occasionally we have run into a few glitches with the daily auto post announcments but the support team has been quick to resolve this when the issue does pop up. Another thing that I would say is a downside is that even though Offiely does offer a feature for employees to opt into lunch, it isn't a feature I find very helpful since there is no way for folks to select or submit their lunch preferences and dietary resticitons. I love that I can see who is coming into the office each day so that I can make plans like arranging a team lunch or after work drinks to help build on our office culture! I check my app every morning when walking to work, which motivates me to go to the office and see the team in-person. The way it can be easily integrated into Slack offers a native way for me and my colleagues to schedule workplaces. It's easy to check for the office plans and which team members will show up in the office, we easily implemented the office floor plan, and use it daily to see who will visit the office. A hidden gem feature is the report function in Officely! I am doing the Carbon Emissions accounting at my organization and the insights as to how many people work from home vs. come to the office is important or that. I would not have this valuable data if not for Officely.

It would be good if you could auto-schedule the same people into the office for a particular day for a longer period of time. For example, my team are in the office on Tuesdays but Officely was only scheduling them in for the following couple of weeks, so other people could nip in and nab our desks.
