My favourite two features has honestly been the Hybrid Heros Slack group, it's been so helpful. **What do you dislike about Officely?** Honestly, because of the Hybrid Heros Slack group, if I noticed a certain feature I was hoping to find wasn't on the app, I could mention this in '#officely-questions' and I would always get a quick, positive response along the lines of 'Great idea! The team will look into adding this feature'. **Recommendations to others considering Officely:** Using Officely has been an amazing experience from the very start. I have zero complaints and look forward to continuing to use Officely as our office sticks to a Hybrid working model. **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Officely has been a huge help when collecting data on how many users are using the office on a weekly, monthly etc. basis. It help also when we have a lot of out-of-town people to reserve seats and manages the number of people coming in. **What do you dislike about Officely?** The report section is not the most user friendly and easy to find, same for accessing the main setting page, we go via slack. It's not easy to go from one office to the other **Recommendations to others considering Officely:** This a great app that is simple to use and helps with planning events in office and track covid close contact **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can optimze the return to work after the pandemic to establish close contact in case of positive cases, and with no assigned desk anymore to be able to see how many places are available to come in the office. ### 12. As an office manager, I can't imagine not having Officely now! And the fact that it just integrates into Slack so we don't have to have a separate tool is just perfect. **What do you dislike about Officely?** It doesn't always feel like the most intuitive app for some people, the settings could be a little more straightforward. Although there are plenty of great tutorials available too so this isn't really a big deal. I had to really reach for something that I dislike! **Recommendations to others considering Officely:** Once you do a trial you will see how much you need this app to manage your office! **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to see exactly who is coming in is invaluable, we have more staff than desks so it's helping us to control our numbers. Plus the extra's, like dogs and parking spots, make it even more great. The health check form is brilliant. The whole app is very user-friendly as well. I recommend it to everyone. **What do you dislike about Officely?** I don't really dislike anything, but if I have to think one thing, it's that I can't add meeting rooms/studio's etc without the amount of allowed people increasing the total amount. **Recommendations to others considering Officely:** Try it out, it's very easy, and the team at Officely is really kind and helps you with whatever problems you're facing. It's simple, but has everything you'd need. I've been using it for a few months now, and I've nothing but great things to say. If for whatever reason you find out it's nothing for your company, which I dare to bet won't happen, you can cancel it every month, also a plus. Oh and last thing, if COVID-19 starts rising again and the office is closed, you don't pay anything since their revenue model is based on the amount of different people booking a desk. Perfect, right? **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Right now, everyone is in charge of their own workplace calendar. Because our office capacity can't handle all of us working in the office (plus COVID-19 of course) I had to make fixed rosters, meaning people could only come those days. Which often was very inconvenient for them and logistically challenging. Using Officely made both mine and my colleague's lives better. We all have more control of our daily lives, and e.g. the limit of dogs is also very convenient. We love having dogs in the office, but now the owners can check if the dogs coming in go well with their dogs, making sure they're not commuting to work for nothing. ### 24. To mark office closures for half days. Close a neighbourhood for just a day. Maybe we didn't do a good job showing this but you can actually adjust the bookings for someone else (if you're the admin of Officely). You can do this by clicking on view more next to the given day > scrolling down and clicking on manage attendees. More than happy to hop on a quick call to walk you through if that's helpful. We recommend creating a guest account which will allow you to reserve a spot whenever you have someone visiting or onboarding. Alternatively, you can always invite them as a single-channel guest and book them a seat. Lastly, you can have as many admins as you wish, so if you'd like some support teams to manage bookings for their execs this can easily be done if you add them as an admin to Officely.
