It's an easy way to get numbers for team events or day to day admin without having to bother the team. **What do you dislike about Officely?** Accessing the section to mark the studio as closed down for a day takes quite a bit of clicking between places for something that should be relatively simple. It also can't be undone which can be a bit of an issue if planned studio works/events change. **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a hybrid working model so it's helpful to keep an eye on studio numbers and get attendance for studio events without having to bother the team. ### 3. It integrates very easily and it doesn't add much of a hassle for the team. **What do you dislike about Officely?** It would be great to use it also for room booking, we are looking into room booking solutions and it would be great to have one tool for all. Sometimes people get quite lazy and I need to keep reminding them to sign in. But that's not Officely's fault **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have too many team members and a very limited amount of desks. So by checking in for the day, people get to see if there is a desk available, and if there is not, then they stay in home office or work from somewhere else in the building. People can also see how crowded the space will be and decide if they feel comfortable coming in. Its interface is very nice and straightforward; you do not need much explanation to find your way around it. You just find it in Slack, do a couple of clicks, and that's it. I like the Announcements feature and the fact that you can easily download the stats. The guys from Officely are very friendly and approachable; it takes them no time to respond to any of your queries if you have any. **What do you dislike about Officely?** I haven't found any downsides yet. The Officely team is constantly working on ways to expand the product by improving the current and adding new features. They are very open to feedback, and you can reach out to them anytime. **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an Office Manager, you want to know who/how many people are coming on which days - it is especially helpful when you are planning some events. The ease of use of Officely allows everyone to check in without any troubles, and the fact that it's located in Slack, the tool everyone uses daily, makes it extra accessible and simple. Office stats are great - the whole overview is just a few clicks away. I believe the team also likes seeing who is coming on which day when they are planning their week and deciding which days to go to the office. ### 23. It's advantageous as it integrates with Slack easily, and you can include a link to the floor map for a quick visual before booking. Convenient and intuitive application as not a lot of training was required to roll it out. There is also the ability to add parking space and pets to the booking, which is a lovely feature. **What do you dislike about Officely?** The room booking feature could use some work. We still use outlook for this function, though I understand that this is a new feature and improvements are incoming. The reporting function could also be improved to make it easier to pull reports to track use within the app with a click of a button rather than going onto the browser and through lots of options. **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a hotdesk-based office with a capacity for 32 desks, and we have 70 hybrid-based members of staff. The app gives staff freedom to check who is using the office space and book themselves in if there is space and they would like to attend. It allows teams to see when their managers or teammates are booked in and on which desks so they can plan their bookings. I love the ability to make a slack channel with the people who are in that day. The Officely team always ask for feedback on how to improve. **What do you dislike about Officely?** I wish that there was a way to show why the office is closed on office closure days, you can write a small amount of text but it isn't that prominent. I think that the billing is slightly unfair, if one person books a desk you have to pay as if they came in every day that month. Perhaps a standard subscription fee would make more sense. **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we came back to the office after the covid lockdowns we needed a way to safely restrict the number of people in the office and assign each of them to a desk. Attendance: it would be helpful that people were pretty much forced to mark whether they will OR WON'T be in. Also whereby admins of slack could basically say "this person is remote so the rule won't apply to them". But "this selected group of people NEED to mark whether they will or won't be in". Often we have found it that people won't book in and they end up coming in, which can be stressful on days where there is an event. 2. Reminders: to help the point above, it would also be useful to have a way that an admin could send a pre-written message/reminder to everyone where it will highlight officely until that person has marked their attendance or not. **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving the issue of knowing what lunch people want (i.e. vegetarain/vegan/meat) and also if anyone is bringing a dog or not - super helpful for a large office whether there are strong preferences that really impact how we work and how people feel in the office ### 41.
