Our team struggled with updating social media content on multiple platforms most of the time & hence we were losing out on updating content simultaneously. We were looking for some automation or schedulers which can make the task easy for us. "Inventory Management made easy with Zoho Books"

We are a start-up selling custom T-Shirts & Coffee Mugs. Though we were fresh with ideas, our marketing plans did not succeed as we were unclear with the demand v/s supply ratio and hence were not able to set promotional/discounted offers during our sale campaign. We hired Office Hub Tech to fix our inventory management issues through Zoho Inventory & Wola! It helped. We connected Zoho Inventory with our Facebook Store and that helped us to have good results. Transparent Pricing, the best part we liked about OfficeHub Tech is the pricing model with $45 per hour, we were able to get these Zoho CRM related tasks done effectively. this helped us to save the cost of having a full-time Zoho Consultant of a Zoho Developer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zoho CRM Automation for Sales Pipeline was just done right."

Describe the project or task OfficeHubTech helped with:

We had an existing Zoho CRM where we had been facing challenges with automating our follow-up's/reminders with prospects. The entire Business Development Process was taken care of in a manual fashion. We had to make notes of things in excel and then manually edit/upload these notes in Zoho CRM. Also, automating leads from the Website to Zoho CRM & then sending an automated response to the prospect was an immediate need to create the recall perspective of our Organization.

We approached OfficeHub Tech to fix this issue & help us get automation done on the required modules of Zoho CRM. The earlier Zoho CRM Consulting firm that we had hired had a little laid-back approach and we had to follow up with their Zoho CRM team members to fix things quickly. We felt the same with OfficeHub Tech too but the Zoho Consultants from OfficeHub Tech handled our calls & emails in a proficient manner. All our queries were solved during the weekly calls & we were able to automate the entire Sales Pipeline with in the desired timelines.

The Tech support team handled our calls and emails with peace and attention. I never had to wait long, and genuinely, they answered all of our problems that I should have been sending directly to Zoho, but they helped us anyway or trailed down someone at Zoho to answer the question for me. In addition, having enough knowledge of Zoho CRM and that sense of creating so many WorkDrives for various businesses and service lines for us meant that they could suggest multiple uses and customizations of Zoho One, Zoho People, Zoho Books, and other integrations that we would never have thought of on our own.
