Operations associates, such as Danya and Juan, are very responsive, they are very professional, and they try really hard to help analysts and customers. I have done multiple calls with OfficeHours with various clients and also done a few of survey's and they are always such a pleasure to work with. Their entire team is super responsive, they reach out to you via email, the payments are always delivered on time and they bring in the best of the best opportunities. The surveys usually drastically underestimate the time needed, even if you really speedrun it Filled in a survey, never got paid, they claim "I did not qualify for the survey" even though I ended up spending 20-30m (!) completing it (it was advertised as 10-15m) So it's a waste of your time, avoid Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
