OfficeAssistant is a simple email help desk for small and mid-sized businesses in Poland (Polish-language interface). Every customer email becomes a ticket with a number, status, priority and owner; the team works from a shared queue with internal notes, canned responses and auto-acknowledgements. For each new message, AI prepares a summary, a category and a draft reply based on the company's knowledge base (price lists, terms, FAQ). A person reviews and sends every reply — AI never answers customers on its own. Works with IMAP/SMTP mailboxes and Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com. Flat pricing per account instead of per agent; 14-day free trial, no card required.
