What do you like best about Office Otter?

Office Otter is an easy-to-use and highly functional to-do list app. I can access it on any device, and it's easy to send e-mails, texts, and links that it automatically adds to my list (especially when I wake up in the middle of the night thinking about something I need to do!). Checklists and customizable labels help me sort tasks, and weekly reports allow me to see my accomplishments and productivity trends. The founder, Shayanne, is very invested in customer feedback. What do you dislike about Office Otter?

What problems is Office Otter solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have better time management with Office Otter. To have a visual checklist that is in date/time order of what needs to get done. What do you like best about Office Otter?

I like the simplicity of the site and the way it auto-pulls my most urgent to-do's to the top. It's as close to a paper to-do list as possible but on my computer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Office Otter?

Office Otter is genuinely one of a kind. I love the ability to quickly add something to my daily tasks seamlessly via email, text, or manually. The reminders are amazing as well. I also love the fact that I can create recurring events and templates. I wear many hats at work and it is very helpful to be able to separate my tasks with each different department I help assist with labels. I can’t forget the templates. Theses by far are a life saver. What do you like best about Office Otter?

I love that I can text tasks to myself, I have a habit of always having my phone for notes, and this option is so helpful. I also love the reporting feature to see where I am wasting my time and where I am using it best! I can also provide reports of what I am doing to my boss, which is excellent in the remote working world. The simplicity makes it easy to want to use too; it is not a cumbersome tool whatsoever. What do you dislike about Office Otter?

Currently, I only have one tiny complaint- I wish I could organize my task list a little more freely, vs the presets, just because of how my ADHD brain works. Honestly, though, this is more of a want, not a need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Office Otter?

Office Otter makes organizing and prioritizing tasks easy with intuitive, customizable labels and priority "buckets." Tasks can be sorted and filtered by label, due date, or date created. The team is incredibly responsive and focused on soliciting customer feedback and implementing it in their platform. In the time I've been using Office Otter, they have consistently taken my feedback (and that of others) and quickly applied it to make the tool better for users. What do you dislike about Office Otter?

I don't have any complaints; bugs or issues have been quickly resolved by the support team, and suggestions have been added to the development queue. I hope that as the platform continues to evolve, it will maintain its simple, intuitive look and feel. Sometimes task management systems, in their effort to increase efficiency, actually do the opposite with too many features. Office Otter has not yet run into that problem, and I hope they'll keep simplicity at the top of the list! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With tasks coming in from all sides, and multiple diverse projects happening at once, Office Otter provides a place to keep it all straight. It's easy to dump tasks into the list, then sort and organize quickly later. Office Otter eliminates much of the clutter in my mind and on my desk, and helps me focus on what's important. I like being able to have all my tasks from all categories of my work centralized in one place. My tasks may look very randomized and disconnected to the untrained and non-office manager eye, but I know that the random assortment comes with the territory.
