offgen is a platform for managing and creating PowerPoint presentations, built by Aithera GmbH in Munich, Germany. Companies keep presentations, slides, templates, icons and images in one central library. Marketing teams approve the content and define the brand rules that the system applies whenever new slides are generated. An AI agent works with this approved company material rather than generic templates. It locates relevant existing content, applies the corporate design and produces editable PowerPoint files that teams can review and change. Workflows automate recurring presentation tasks and connect the platform to existing systems, so figures can be updated from sources such as Bloomberg, databases or internal tools. offgen is built for organisations with data protection and digital sovereignty requirements. It operates an ISO/IEC 27001-certified information security management system, stores and processes all data within the European Union, and supports the use of a local language model selected by the customer.
