Offactura is invoicing software for tradespeople and small businesses in Switzerland. Create a quote in five minutes by inserting labour, travel, material and disposal items with one click; totals, VAT and rounding are calculated automatically. Once the customer accepts, the quote becomes an invoice with one click – including the Swiss QR-bill payment part. Offactura creates the PDF and prepares the e-mail. The dashboard shows open quotes and open or overdue invoices; reminders are created with one click. No subscription: buy Offactura once (from CHF 390). It runs offline in the browser on Windows and Mac, with no user account and no cloud – your data stays on your computer, with automatic backup to a folder such as OneDrive. Optional add-on modules: measurement & costing, maintenance & service, purchasing & receipts, and mobile work reports with customer signature. German only.
