It gives operations, maintenance and continuous-improvement teams a reliable picture of where production time is lost. Connectivity is the starting point. TRG reads machine signals through standard industrial protocols. For equipment without a PLC or with no accessible protocol, an IoT box captures electrical signals such as run status and cycle counts. Each machine connection is validated before deployment. Once connected, TRG calculates the three OEE components (availability, performance and quality) without manual entry. A live timeline shows each machine’s state: running, setup, idle or fault. When a machine stops, operators select the cause on a tablet at the workstation from a list of configurable reason codes (for example material wait, setup, tool change or breakdown). These justified stops become downtime Pareto charts, activity reports and maintenance reports that teams use in daily and weekly performance reviews. Dashboards can be viewed by machine, line, plant or country, which supports multi-site operations. Where the plant’s ERP allows it, TRG synchronizes work orders, shifts and planning data so production is tied to orders without double entry. TRG is delivered as a cloud service with no servers to maintain on site. Deployment includes connectivity validation, on-site installation, training and customer-success follow-up focused on operator adoption, including the rate of justified stops. Typical users include plant managers, production supervisors, maintenance managers, continuous-improvement leads and machine operators in sectors such as metal fabrication, wire and steel processing, industrial equipment and complex assembly. Two points to settle before publishing: AI assistant: the description doesn’t mention the AI chat connected to live plant data yet. TRG vs OEE in French: in the French version of the app, “TRS” means OEE and “TRG” means TEEP, while marketing uses TRG for OEE. This doesn’t affect the English listing, but it should be resolved before the French version goes up.
