What do you like best about Odro?

The best part of Odro is the shortlist aspect.

The fact it is so easy to just send a link with the candidates interviews, documents to the clients for them to watch. The reduced time to hire is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odro?

I dislike the new producer to be honest, I feel like it needa more work for videos to look really good. It lacks finesse.

Also the live room does play up a bit which isnt good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Odro:

Have a look around first and make sure you are 100% happy before you choose. It's a lot of money and thankfully it has reaped the rewards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Odro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Benefits is the time to hire, we looked at Odro through lockdown and new it was right for what we wanted. Having clients abroad who couldn't travel for interviews, not being able to meet face to face. It just works. That first stage interview is great, as the candidate doesn't have to take time off work to do it. It's easy and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
