The only negative with Odro is that it can slow the process down. It's not perfect for every role but where you have strong client commitment, and a period of exclusivity it is a must use!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Odro?

Odro allows me to engage with both candidates and clients in a more personal level. The return rate when using an Odro is much higher than leaving a VM or email. I have been able to gain new buiness off the back of sending videos with specs attached and using Odro has cut down a lot of time consuming processes in my role. Odro solves the problem of stuggling to get candidates/ clinets on the phone. The fact there is nothing else out there like it really. Lots of recruitment agencies have the same access to job boards and recruitment techniques, but Odro is a step above the rest.
