I can see the benefits of using the platform and although I haven't used it enough yet to see the financial benefits, I have a good feeling that I will. **What do you dislike about Odro?** We have recently signed up and we have been billed from the date we said yes, which was weeks before our training on how to use the system. I feel it is naughty to bill for weeks, for a product that we cannot use. **Recommendations to others considering Odro:** Ask about billing up front **What problems is Odro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to give our clients a glimpse of the people alongside their CVs enables us to save the client's time (and ours). Using the same hiring system as our agency partners makes things infinitely easier and keeps a level of continuity across our direct and agency hiring plans. The new incredible connections framework is fantastic and has opened our eyes to the 16+ parts of our hiring process. We can ensure closer contact with our potential hires and ensure a much lower dropout rate from engagement to start date. I honestly couldn't recommend enough speaking to the team at Odro. It's completely revolutionary! other than hiring, we have also been able to find uses across the organisation. It's very flexible. We've been able to use the platform for our sales teams by using the amazing Capture tool and also for post offer engagement and internal memos and comms and information sharing. After the initial sales negotiation and then onto onboarding the CSM team are amazing. My account manager calls me regularly and we discuss our use of the platform and how we can share best practice. **What do you dislike about Odro?** The only area which, if i am being really picky, is that when using capture and you're able to choose your thumbnail, this could be bigger so that you can decide how you would like your image to be displayed. One negative and something we need to ensure we're on top of is that the client expressed disappointment they were only selecting one for final.
