**What do you like best about Odoo SMS?**

Helps in direct communication. Integeration facilites are alos easy to use

**What do you dislike about Odoo SMS?**

The character limit in this feature is limited. also, analytics could be better.

**What problems is Odoo SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

this solved us the painpoint of reaching our direct customer. With this tool we reached our customers thorugh short sms and those have been highly convertable in sales.

**What do you like best about Odoo SMS?**

Odoo SMS helps me to reach out to the customers who already show interest in the products of my business. By using Odoo SMS, we can conduct remarketing campaign to save cost for marketing strategy.

**What do you dislike about Odoo SMS?**

There is nothing I don't like about Odoo SMS. Odoo SMS is doing the job very well. However, Odoo SMS is a new name in Vietnam so not so many people know about it

**What problems is Odoo SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Odoo SMS helps me to reach out to the current database without paying more to have a new database. In the past, we have to call the old database, but now, we save a lot of time and personnel because we can use Odoo SMS to send message to them
